Wisdom vs. Knowledge

do you confuse wisdom with knowledge
are in your eyes the wise omniscient
for if they are then you are blind
wisdom does not impart knowledge
knowledge does not always mean wisdom
that is not the way of the world
ignorance is not the enemy
it is the excuse
knowledge is the enemy of wisdom
for the false wisdom it imparts
the logical thinking it fallows
it contradicts wisdom and distorts the world
wisdom is common sense the lesson the years have taught
or the simple words of a child
wisdom is in all forms and peoples
knowledge is found solely in books on the shelf
go out and find your wisdom
but keep it separate from you knowledge
for knowledge may give you an easy life
but wisdom will give you fame
